One of those ingredients are artificial food dyes which are in many processed foods you'll find at the grocery store. It's in so many different foods including soda and macaroni and cheese in a box. Olestra is banned in the UK and in Canada. Brominated vegetable oil which is found in sport's drinks makes the food dyes stick to liquids, but it's also used as a fire retardant. It's been linked to many illnesses including birth defects and organ failure. It's banned in over 100 countries but you'll want to keep a look out for it if you live in the US and want to support your health and wellbeing.
